Northland Communications - Crap service, crap company.

I find it hysterical that northland cable touts their services as reliable. In what realm? Our services (internet for us) are down at least once a week. Over $60 a month for the crappiest service ever.

Northland Communications - INTERNET IS SPOTTY

Today I am trying to watch the CHAMPIONSHIP BASKETBALL GAME and the internet is out. Called the ‘24/7’ tech support and have been on hold for OVER AN HOUR waiting for a CSR. I am the most friendly person on earth, especially towards anyone in the customer support/service industry but HOLY CRAP! This is a big deal! Lebron is fixing to lose the finals IM CLEVELAND and I can’t watch.

Northland Communications - Rude technicians

Local RV park in central WA is served by Northland. Park needs to be upgraded as everything is still analog. Only deliver 6 digital channels and they are out and pixelated more often than they are on. You are forced to pay for dish or direct tv if you want service here. They laugh at you when you ask. Openly laugh and joke about forcing people to pay for upgrades.
