Horrible customer service! Continued problems with internet service.
Service tech appointments are at least two weeks out. One technician (by phone) easily fixed the problem, but when it happened again the next week the new technician said that since it was my own router that they couldn't help me. Said maybe I didn't tell the last technician that it was my own router....
not true! And the only reason I have my own router is because when theirs broke they couldn't come out for two weeks.
