Northland Communications - Slow Speeds,No Speeds, No Resolve Since Service, Bad Customer Svc At Local Forest City NC Office
Repeatedly technicians have come to service calls (2-3 times monthly) since Northland internet service for over 3 yrs. Since May 2016 there is nothing consistant with internet connection.
Each technician has said problems on main lines and will sweep lines. "Low SNR" However, I continue to pay for 100DL/10UP and rarely have 30DL/3UP. No connection at all throughout day/evenings. Billing continues to respond "We can't issue any credits until your service is running properly." It hasn't run properly since installation and so, there is no resolve for the consumer.
Paying nearly $100.00 per month with barely any internet connection is definitely satifactory. Forest City NC local office does not help their consumers at all! When AT&T brings U-Verse to the rural area of Ellenboro NC, I will gladly switch providers.
Until then, Northland Cable Internet is amonopoly in our community. I'm proceeding to consult with an attorney due to online college classes left unpaid because of failed reliable internet.
